Release: ON-REQUEST, and subject to availabilities at the moment of booking. Once a request is received, our providers will take up to 72-hours for confirming or denying the car.
➢ Cancellation policy:
✓ No penalities will apply if cancellation occurs up to 7 (seven) days prior to begin of service,
✓ 1-day of car rental will be charged if cancellation occurs between 6 (six) and 4 (four) days prior to begin of service
✓ 2-days of car rental will be charged if cancellation occurs within 3 (three) days prior to begin of service or in case of no-show.
➢ No-show is declared if the client doesn’t show-up at the Car rental office for retiring the car within 3 (three) hours of confirmed pick-up time.
➢ Once a car is confirmed, driver’s name changes will not be allowed, otherwise, the car will be cancelled.
➢ An extra-day will be charged directly to the customer at the car rental office if drop-off time exceed the pick-up time of the initial day of service.
REMARKS & CONDITIONS
➢ Cars will be confirmed by “Category” not by “Models”. Is preferible a min.7 days CAR RENTAL - although on request you can also ask for the 3-6 days car rental.
➢ During the provision of the service and if necessary, the client has the obligation to present the car for maintenance services when appropriate, for the established mileage or for the inspections that the service provider arranges for automotive and road safety, in the facilities indicated.
➢ If the vehicle received by the client is involved in an accident in which the client is declared responsible by the National Revolutionary Police (PNR) and determines its technical discharge, the provider will not make a change of car and the client will lose the right to the refund of the
amount corresponding to the rental days that remain to be enjoyed and to the amounts for insurance.
