Bookings and Cancellations

With our Cuban headquarters strategically based in Havana and Varadero, we made sure our team is reachable to all of our guests. In addition, we count with over 20 local assistants, guaranteeing our round-the-clock presence throughout the entire Island.

Moreover, our destination experts can tailor made your vacations according to your ideas, budget and needs, while providing the highest level of satisfaction during your visit to Cuba. 

If there is no availability on a certain service, we encourage you to contact our reservations team through booking@cubarama.it. They will gladly do all they can to help you confirm your service or they will provide you with some alternatives.

Although most of our services are booked automatically, there is a minority of specific products that are considered to be on request. For these services, our team will get back to you with an answer within 24 hours.

For every product, a set of details should be provided, so that we can properly coordinate every necessary aspect of your journey.

Soon after your payment is done, you will receive your vouchers with every detail you need to know from each service.
Also, whenever necessary, our local assistants may hand you a printed version on-site.

You can cancel or change your booking under My Itinerary. Please, remember to check the service's cancellation policy before making any changes to your booking.

Although our cancellation policies may vary according to the type of service, we tend to follow the same guidelines whenever possible. In any case, the cancellation penalty will always be assessed by our sales team.

Accommodations, Car Rentals and General Services:
 1. If a cancellation request is received up to 96 hours before the service is due to commence, no penalties will be applied.
 2. In the case of receiving a cancellation request within 96 hours before the service is due to commence or in a no-show, the first day of service will be charged as a penalty.

Transfers, Tours and Excursions:
 1. For transfers, tours and excursions, cancellation requests received up to 36 hours prior the activity is due to commence, a full refund will be received.
 2. For the activities cancelled within 36 hours before the service is due to commence or in a no-show, no refund will be given.

Group Services:
On the other hand, for group services, the following policy will be applied:
 1. Cancellation requests received up to 30 days prior the date the group is due to arrive will not incur in any penalties.
 2. For all cancellation requests received 30 days prior the date the group is due to arrive, a 20% penalty for each pax cancelled will be applied.
 3. For all cancellation requests received between 29 to 7 days prior the date the group is due to arrive, a 50% penalty for each pax cancelled will be applied.
 4. All cancellation requests received within 6 days prior the date the group is due to arrive will incur in a 100% penalty for each pax cancelled.
